- SAVE THE DATE FOR HARLAN RANCH TWILIGHT TOUR & BLUES CONCERT
Home shoppers are invited to beat the heat and visit The Resort at Harlan Ranch in the evening hours on Saturday, August 18th for a twilight tour and blues concert. The master-planned community will extend their daytime hours for guests to view The Resort and six new home neighborhoods built by Wathen-Castanos, Inc. and Wilson Homes.

AT HARLAN RANCH MASTER-PLAN
Bud Rank Elementary, a brand-new Clovis school, will open this month for children in the Harlan Ranch master-plan community. The school is part of the award-winning Clovis Unified School District, which leads the regions’ public education with over 40% of schools recognized in the National Blue Ribbon Schools Program and 50% in the California Distinguished Schools Program.
- HARLAN RANCH RESORT UNVEILING REPORTS HUGE SUCCESS
Ice cream, cold drinks and a weekend jazz concert kicked off the grand unveiling of The Resort at Harlan Ranch, where over 1,000 people visited last weekend for a taste of luxury living. Harlan Ranch homebuilders Wathen-Castanos, Inc. and Wilson Homes hosted the two-day event which also showcased six new home communities and guided guests through 28 fully-decorated model homes.

The Resort at Harlan Ranch will be unveiled to the public today with refreshing ice cream treats and beverages offered from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 and with an evening jazz concert by the local, Joe Lenigan Band from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. The public is also invited to tour the Resort tomorrow, Sunday July 22nd from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 for the festivities. Guests that tour The Resort and model home communities during the grand opening activities will also receive a community passport for a chance to win an Italian sightseeing vacation.
